Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes is an American actress, is well-known for her performances as The Resident's Dr. Sydney Hansen in NBC's drama Providence and as Dr. Lane Hunter in The Resident. Her breakout performance in the role of Eleni andros Cooper in the CBS soap opera Guiding Light was also praised. Some of her most notable films comprise 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The actress is currently working on a movie adaptation of the writer's autobiography The Wheel of Life with Vlas and Charley Parlapanides, the pair that wrote the film Immortals. She is also filming for an upcoming series called Gods & Heroes.
